My dogs have been a great source of action photography lately.  I love the speed of my camera, it captures their faces so amazingly!!  It looks like they are trying to kill each other and it sounds like it to but they are just playing!!

Got my 28-300L IS lens back from the repair shop, not to big a dent in the pocketbook!!  So happy to have it back I really missed it but now it is raining so I will just have to wait.  It's an outside macro day though.

Wahoo got my new lens today Canon 100-400L  IS!!  Was suffering from lens withdrawl while my other lens is in getting fixed!!

Wow that was a nerve wracking experience, I just changed the focusing screen on my 7D and all went well!!!  Lesson learned, DON'T try to clean your focusing screen with anything other than a blower, they scratch SUPER easy!!!  A few dust particles on it are not worth the hassel especially in a windy country like I live in.  It was actually relatively easy!

Winter photography is a challenge lighting wise I find, there are very few hours in the day to take good pictures when the light is good!  gets me outside and spend some quality time with my dogs!!
